In 2015, Bill Wheeler of Wheeler Electric visited our Tustin facility unannounced, bringing with him an 8-foot linear LED light fixture. He had been referred to us by Calvary Church in Costa Mesa, California, for which we had previously provided lighting solutions. Mr. Wheeler, being very dissatisfied with his current vendor and product line was seeking a partner to create high- quality light fixtures for his client, Goodwin Co., located in Garden Grove, California.
We assured him that we could deliver a superior version of the fixture he had brought. Our team custom-designed and built 8-foot linear fixtures using high-quality LEDs mounted on aluminum substrates, paired with top-rated Meanwell drivers. Since then, Mr. Wheeler has replaced nearly all the lighting fixtures in Goodwin Co.’s manufacturing and assembly areas.
Since the initial installation, which was completed over a weekend, the results have been remarkable. When the crew arrived on Monday morning, they were immediately impressed by the enhanced lighting quality. Goodwin Co. has not only experienced improved morale among employees but has also realized significant savings in maintenance costs and energy consumption. To date, the fixtures have shown no signs of failure and continue to provide optimal lighting.
